Our core products include the Multi-effect Evaporator, Starch Protein Removal Filter Press, Grain Storage System, Calcium Carbonate (PCC/ACC/GCC/WGCC and Onsite PCC Plant), and Autoclave (Hydrogenator) for Sorbitol 70%. Promoter
The promoter, Mr. S.K. Tewari, is a Chemical Engineering graduate and a postgraduate in process design. As the former whole-time director of M/S Gulshan Polyols LTD, he has successfully served in key companies across India in both inorganic and organic manufacturing.
He was instrumental in charting the growth of M/s Somaiya Organics, PACL/PNFC, Gulshan Polyols LTD, and many others. Under his expertise and guidance, more than four effluent plants achieved complete water recycling for their processes. Additionally, four co-generation power plants were installed and are running successfully under his guidance. Green-field manufacturing plants for Calcium Carbonate and Alcohol/ENA (Distillery) have been set up under his stewardship, both of which are contributing to employment and growth in the country.
Mr. S.K. Tewari has to his credit the successful establishment of both green-field and brown-field projects for distilleries, ethanol, starch, glucose, Sorbitol 70%, and calcium carbonate plants (GCC, WGCC, PCC, ACC Plants). He has managed every aspect of these projects, from land acquisition and securing clearances from the pollution board, electricity, and buildings departments, to managing the plant and machinery, erection, commissioning, and operation.
Mr. S.K. Tewari has successfully applied, erected, commissioned, and run waste water treatment plants for waste from starch, glucose, Sorbitol 70%, and calcium carbonate plants (GCC, WGCC, PCC, ACC Plants), achieving a complete recycling of treated water back into the process. He has therefore successfully achieved zero liquid discharge (ZLD).
